The President needs to be taken out of the White House ASAP; he should be in a hospital being examined for mental illness.
If he is not Ill, he will be ready to stand trial for his numerous crimes. If he is mentally ill, he should not be any where near the nuclear codes.
At the vary least he is responsible for the deaths of four people today.
